Each year, the PHGS Foundation donates towards scholarships to students pursuing higher education. Through these scholarships, the Foundation supports academic achievement, encourages future leaders, and helps make educational opportunities more accessible. Current scholarship opportunities include:

• The Stonington High School Music Scholarships

  • Selected by Stonington High School, this scholarship recognizes a graduating student who has demonstrated a passion for music and plans to continue their education in the field, supporting the next generation of musicians and educators.

• The John Boyle High School Scholarships

  • These scholarships are awarded to students from throughout New London County and are selected by the independent regional group Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut.

• The Josh Piver Scholarship fund

  • The PHGS Foundation and the PHGS Club support the annual Josh Piver Scholarship fund with ‘in-kind’ services for their annual fundraiser held at 26 Main St. at the PHGS Club facility.
