Chair: Tod Evers is an Investment Banking Consultant, providing strategic financial advisory services to clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and corporate finance initiatives. Responsibilities include comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis and market research to support transaction decisions and identify growth opportunities. Secretary: Jim Krodel is currently retired and was previously employed as a Fellow in Embedded Software Systems on Airborne Systems and Equipment at Pratt & Whitney Jet Engines in East Hartford, CT. Since his retirement, he continues to consult in the aviation community. He joined the PHGS Club in 2013 and he is an initial member of the PHGS Foundation.
Board of Director: Tony Gorman is the retired president of the Gorman Insurance Agency, Inc and current member/manager of Contractors Benefit Services, LLC. He has served as a board member and officer of many civic organizations including the Bolton Land Trust, Manchester Community College Foundation and the Lutz Children's Museum. Tony joined the PHGS Club in 2018 and is an initial board member of the PHGS Foundation.
Board of Director: Jessica MacMahon is a small business owner with a background in financial management, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit donor relations. Her experience has provided her with a strong understanding of financial stewardship, business development, and the importance of building a strong foundation for long-term success. She joined the PHGS Club in 2026 and is an initial member of the PHGS Foundation.
